Take long walks and restore your energy

Long walks are very helpful when it comes to getting rid of negative energy and filling your whole body with a new energy. Take the dog with you, your partner or a friend, or go alone which is even better. That way you will have plenty of time to think about and to hear your thoughts. Walks increase the level of oxygen in the body and makes us feel refreshed and full with energy. Do that at least two times a week. Once you realize how good it is, you will go for a walk every day.
